Kelley Rawl
A teacher for 11 years, Ms. Rawl is a National Board Certified Teacher (NBPTS) specializing in advanced
Braille and technology instruction. She has taught students with visual impairments in self-contained, resource and itinerant settings; offered special instruction for infants and toddlers with visual impairments and their families; and coordinated statewide low vision services (Project Magnify) through the SC School for the Deaf and the Blind. Ms. Rawl earned a B.S. in Special Education from Erskine College and a M.Ed. in Teaching the Visually Impaired from USC Upstate. Ms. Rawl is a certified Low Vision Therapist (CLVT)
by the Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals (ACVREP).
