Ms. Morrison is a Certified Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments (TVI) and a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS). She earned her B.S. in vision from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania and her M.A. in O&M at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Before joining the staff at TVISC, Ms. Morrison worked 19 years for Perkins School for the Blind in MA. While at Perkins, she served as a TVI, COMS, an Early Intervention Specialist and completed a two-year Deaf-Blind Advisor Program. Ms. Morrison holds certification in O&M from the Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals (ACVREP).
