Ms. Licata is TVI’s Human Resource Director. A seasoned employee of The Vision Institute of South Carolina, Ms. Licata has over 12 years of human resource experience in the fields of healthcare and higher education. A graduate of Clemson University, she received her Bachelor’s in English and her Master’s in Human Resource Development.
