Ms. McNinch has over 30 years’ experience in teaching students K-12th grade and preschoolers with an emphasis on reading and language arts. A teacher for the visually impaired and administrator with The Vision Institute, Ms. McNinch coordinates statewide preschool services. Ms. McNinch earned a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Columbia College in South Carolina. She received her certification in special education – visual impairment from the University of SC – Upstate. Prior to joining TVI, Ms. McNinch provided itinerant instructional services for school age and special instruction for families through the SC School for the Deaf and the Blind.
