Ms. Bazer is a statewide Technology Trainer for the National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution Program, iCanConnect. She received an undergraduate degree in psychology from Winthrop University and a master’s degree in social work from the University of South Carolina. Ms. Bazer’s experience includes sales and technical assistance with Freedom Scientific and as an employment specialist and instructor with the SC Commission for the Blind. She is a member of the National Federation of the Blind and is a life-long advocate for individuals with disabilities.
